summon (or find) an end crystal ,use command

"/tp @e[type=minecraft:end_crystal] @s" 

and the end crystal(s) aren't teleported.

if you quit and load the world after that , the end crystals are teleported.

(P.S. this command works on other kinds of entities properly)
