Client crashes upon loading chunks

      The game crashes instantly when loading certain chunks of the world in 1.13-pre9. It loaded fine in 1.13-pre8 but the chunks were missing, see MC-133622. The same chunks does crash the world instead, in 1-13-pre9.

      The world is 1.12.2 format, it haven't been opened in 1.13-pre8.
