Can't place torch on wall with nothing in main hand and torch in offhand
To reproduce:
Step 1: Load Game
Step 2: Play Survival and Get torch
Step 3: Place torch in off hand
Step 4: Have air in main hand
Step 5: Can't place torch on wall
Step 6: Scroll main hand with pickaxe or item, torch will be placed

When you play in survival and in pre 7, if you try to place a torch on the wall in your off-hand with air in your main hand it will not let you. I don't know if that's a bug or if its intended but I feel its a bug as placing a torch in your off hand while having air in your main hand should still place the torch.
