Sticky pistons do not update blocks they cannot pull

      The bug

      Probably caused by the fix of MC-132706 sticky pistons now do not update blocks they cannot pull.
      Slime blocks are apparently unaffected.

      How to reproduce

      1. Build a setup similar to the one shown in Setup.png
      2. Remove the redstone block
        → The water is not updated
