Water flow search mechanics doesn't count waterlogged blocks as closest flow destinations

      When spilling water on a block surrounded by water and waterlogged blocks it will flow only to direction of pure water. It wont flow to seagrass or other waterlogged blocks if there is pure water as far as waterlogged block.

      Probably this bug is related to MC-127093
