Issue: get a food advancement progress save and quit the world an later sometimes when relogging you don't seem to get the progress

Example: I ate a cookie for the food progress. Save and quit to go do something come back look at the progress on the advancment file json and it says I don't have cookie anymore.

Hypothesis: either it's not saving everything to the disk or when reparsing into object in memory it seems to skip certain entries of the food progress. It also could have something to do with not giving it to me to begin with but, I remember it saying +1 on the food progress before closing so it's not doing something right but, there could be more then one issue here.

I have also heard of stuff like this with other advancements thus the title because the issue is more general then one advancement progress.

I can't give you a set of steps to reproduce on demand all I know is it happened twice when playing on my single player world.
