In spite of language set in the settings, enchantments' names are all English.

Language on attached screenshot: (sǝʇɐʇs pǝʇıun) ɥsılƃuǝ. That also does not work on any language. Enchantment levels are still translated (they are upside-down (well, that works only on upside-down language)).

Also some of other items became untranslated in 1.13-pre5. They were translated in 1.13-pre4!
