      The bug

      A resource pack with Chinese characters in the file name loads flawlessly but will be removed at following start of Minecraft.

      How to reproduce

      1. Download the texture pack here, and start the game
      2. Add the attached resource pack
      3. Leave the game
      4. Start the game again
      5. Resource pack is no longer selected: 
        03:48:25	ces	Removed resource pack file/1.13-pre5_BUG测试_V.0.5.zip from options because it doesn't seem to exist anymore
