When broken, custom player heads lose their custom player.

**What I expected to happen was...:**
The custom player head is dropped.

**What actually happened was...:**
A regular Head is dropped.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Place a custom player head in the world
2. Break it
3. Notice that a regular Head was dropped.
