      The Bug:

      Bubble pop sounds (minecraft:block.bubble_column.bubble_pop) and bubble pop particles (minecraft:bubble_pop) aren't produced at the top of bubble columns.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Construct or find a bubble column.
      2. Stand near the top of it and listen and watch closely.
      3. Take note as to whether or not bubble pop sounds and particles are produced at the top of bubble columns.

      Observed Behavior:

      Bubble pop sounds and particles aren't produced.

      Expected Behavior:

      Bubble pop sounds and particles would be produced.
