Structure blocks destroy rails—they confuse both their direction and their type. I attached an image that shows the direction issue and another two that illustrate an example of where the type was confused (one image shows what was saved, the other what was loaded). I did not apply any rotation to the loaded structures in any of the images but doing so only seems to make matters worse, as one might expect.
