Issue: in the creative tab unless the player is in direct render distence it doesn't show the hat on the player.

Steps to reproduce:
1. have to players set their skin to "giantwaffle" user either legit mojang or modification either produces said bug.
2. go away from the other giant waffle notice it no longer renders the players out of render distance's crown also true for when in different dimension. 

As you can see below after zooming in the image there is no crown in one picture but, there is on the other user yourself
