Conduit Power effect gives very high haste above water when using correct tool

      when you give yourself high level of conduit power, and break a block that requires a shovel to break it sometimes instantly breaks as do blocks that require a pickaxe.

       

      I used effect level 255 and a diamond pickaxe.
