I was working on an adventure map i'm making when i ran into a bug. The bug is that spawner minecarts don't spawn anything when the difficulty is above easy, but if you set your difficulty to peaceful then you can see the mob quickly before it disappears.

Info about the mob i was trying to spawn:
I was trying to spawn a skeleton with some potion effects and some enchanted armor and weapons.
