EntityTag for Spawn Eggs do not work

      When I give myself a Spawn Skeleton Egg that should spawn Skeletons that have no AI:

      /give @p skeleton_spawn_egg{EntityTag:{NoAI:1b}}

      The given Spawn Egg spawns normal Skeletons rather than those that have no AI. How am I supposed to modify Spawn Eggs now?
