I am unsure how to recreate but the seed is 731012545974537354 and information such as coordinates and chunk data can be found in the attached screenshots. The glitch is not visual and the block are granite blocks seen by the targeted block however there are a few oak leaves not replaced by the granite blocks which are in the central tree and only the ones touching the oak logs.
