Building a Flying Machine that uses observers.

Ghosts blocks have been a issue for a while. but its gotten worse in the pre-release. Theyve been appearing more often with a fast flying machine in this version. heck even the ghost blocks affected the
Flying machine.
While facing this problem I noticed observers don't update as fast as it does in 1.12.2
