The bug
Water from tall seagrass will not flow until you break the seagrass.
How to reproduce
Video demonstrating the issue: ummmmmm-1.ogv
- Place water two blocks above the ground and place tall seagrass on the ground below
- Surround the tall seagrass with blocks
- Break the surrounding blocks
Observed behavior
The water from the tall seagrass does not flow at all.
Expected behavior
The water from the tall seagrass would flow when possible.
