Half of rooms/caves not rendering

      Description

      If i'm in any cave, behind me tends to not load.  It appears that chunks around me do not load around me.  I reinstalled 1.12.2 and it did nothing.  If I use other versions of 1.12.2 this bug does not appear.  None of my friends have this error.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MC-63070 Chunks do not render behind the player in F5. Perhaps culling should calculate from camera POV instead of presuming head position.
