/team option color and /team option prefix still fail in 18w22a to save.

1. Typing in command.

2. Saying hi with new color. (Yellow)

3. Left game and rejoining causes old color to come back (Red)

Order of the prefix and suffix glitch.

1. Entering new prefix.
2. Typing with new prefix.
3. Leaving the game and rejoining causes prefix to go away.
