game crashed -- java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

    • This is not a duplicate bug.  this is plain vanilla minecraft without resource packs running.  Running on a mac high sierra – snapshot 18w21a

      Game freezes then crashes.  This happens on both my imac and laptop each with 16GB of ram using the default JVM settings.

       

      Ran previous snapshots without issue.

       

      Attached is the launcher_log.txt which describes the crash.  Also attached screenshot just before crash.
