        /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Marker:1b}
      2. Spawn particles at its eyes 
        /execute as @e[type=armor_stand] at @s anchored eyes run particle minecraft:cloud ^ ^ ^

        → Notice particles appearing at the stand's feet
