Regardless of amount of light, or location of light, the light level on Grass Path is always 0 (Zero). All stairs occasionally have this issue as well, and farmland on rare occasion. But the 0 light level is consistent regardless of location, light location, etc. on any Grass Path blocks. This is rather bothersome, as if there are any stairs or paths in my builds or bases, mobs spawn.

This also isnt specific to any one day or night, it happens Every night.
