The bug

Water doesn't render behind a phantoms wing (as seen in the picture below). You can see through directly to the ground.

Note

This is not a duplicate of MC-9553, because the problem is caused by the phantoms texture.
By making the wings an element like the hand of a zombie this could potentially be fixed (although I don't know if this would be good for performance)
