This was awful. In addition, the performance still was lagging for vanilla Minecraft. I have reported these performance lags several times since 1.12.2 for Apple MacMini on macOS 10.12.6 with JRE 1.8.0 and says release 74 but that's not the one I show to have installed on Oracle Java site (which is 161, is usage of the wrong JRE the cause)? Is there a KB article on remedying the java version and performance issues for this game?
Keep in mind, I was able to run with shaders and basic resource packs before. I cannot do this even if they were compatible because everywhere I look, it takes a few seconds to render what's in front of me.This was awful. I started this up from two weeks back on 18w18b if I recall. This was the snapshot where the drowned was fixed and the lava color was restored. Upon startup, it took forever to load - indicating it was "Spawning Area". What gives?
I then see myself with my items in hand but around me is nothing but sand and water. Where my house? Where's my items in my chests? Where's my Nether portal?
