Unconfirmed
When I used the '/datapack disable' command, the "Malformed" error appears in the chat (cf. Chat Results screen).
This error block the reload command (same error appear),
and crash the game if I quit and join the world.
Edit 1 : Bug appears only when "External Runes.zip" is in datapack's folder
Edit 2 : found, the 'é' character is not recognized and throw an exception (file => external_runes:craft_runes/souffle_aérien)
I propose: The loader of datapack could silently fail with a printed error in the chat or logs, and cancel the loading. Or could recognized accented characters
