      Description

      How to reproduce

      1. Trap a mob (villager used here) in a 2×2 hole within four fences
      2. Break the fence closest to the villager
      3. Replace the fence
        → The fence will be placed as expected, but the placement is silent. There is also a notable delay in neighbouring fences updating their block states.
