Mob elevators clogging as of 18w11a due to zombies and new drowned mob not swiming upwards

      As of 18w11a, zombies and drowned mobs no longer swim up (even in bubble columns). Mob farm water/bubble elevators clog up now with zombies and drowned mobs.
