End cities not generating in java?

For some reason, i cant find a single end city in my Single player world. Ive checked 5 supposed places where they are but to no avail. Current Coordinates that should have ones that ive checked are
X 1692, Z 0
X 1700, Z 400
and
X 1990, Z 400
ive put my Level.dat in the attachments if that helps any.
