I'm running a survival server for me and my friends.
I had no trouble with lag in 1.12.2 with several players online in different locations, but the
snapshots lag and crash so massively, to the point it is unplayable with more than one person online.

I'm aware, that the development team didn't really care about performance up to this point and will focus on bugfixes and related issues now, but I still wanted to point that out!

I attached some crash reports I collected. My server crashed constantly while exploring, especially in underwater exploration. (It crashed a lot when trying to open a chest under water)
