Zombie Fall damage irregular

      Description

      I have a zombie dungeon xp farm, and i wanted to bring them to 1 hit using fall damage, but they die after falling 22 blocks, and after 21 blocks they need two hits (fist)
      I guess this is a bug, because i even used x-Ray and they only take damage where they should.
