When using the fill command the renamed block Terracotta (was Hardened clay) is 1, still called hardened clay (won't let me use Terracotta), and when trying to place it, it won't allow me add color (I am using correct commands because it works when using concrete) In he photo I took a picture of the command I am using, with /fill x1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2 minecraft:hardened_clay 4(Yellow) replace minecraft:concrete 0. And in the second photo it shows that It stayed as normal hardend_clay.
