When placing light sources in or near oceans. lighting seems to be broken but only under water. Confirmed to effect lava and torches. also lava is the incorrect color, but i'm sure someone already reported that.

ALSO i used /tp ~ ~ ~100 about 25 times before i saw this so there's a chance the game was updating chunks trying to catch up to me
