Fix Version/s: Minecraft 1.13-pre3
Environment:Windows 10, PC
Edit for 18w22c:
Rabbits should spawn as follows:
1. deserts - 100% gold rabbits
2. taiga, mega taiga, & flower forests - 50% brown fur, 40% salt & pepper fur, and 10% black fur
3. cold taiga and ice plains - 80% white fur and 20% black and white fur
They will also spawn in "hills" and "mutated" variants of these biomes.
The rabbits in the #3 group are spawning fine. The rabbits in #1 & #2 group are no longer spawning anywhere that I have looked. I found some basic brown rabbits in 18w22b, but none in 18w22c.

I checked the Minecraft Wiki and it says that 100% of rabbits that spawn in the desert should have gold fur. But I've found two sets of brown rabbits, one near to the edge of the biome (so possibly just hopped in from elsewhere) and a set in the center of the biome. Is this an intentional change?
