The bug

When a solid block is place on an unhydrated farmland block, it updates the farmland block. If the farmland block is not within range of water, it will convert to dirt as expected. However, if the farmland block is within range of water, the farmland block will simply become hydrated (turning to dirt only when the block next receives a random tick).
