In multiplayer, crafting anything with a stack greater than 1 will show an incorrect stack amount. Further crafting will result in the stack amount increasing exponentially.
Clicking on the effected items will update them to the correct amount.
Purely a visual bug, but a bug nonetheless.

On a side note, I tested this on singleplayer and it did not occur. Multiplayer only.
