Can't generate a ocean world

      So, when I try and generate an ocean world in PC 18w11a it gets stuck in the "Loading Terrain" screen. I've also tried to create one in 1.12.2. But loading it in the snapshot, it still gets stuck on the loading terrain screen. PS: I could not find a PC Java Edition in the device tab
