The bug
If you place a sponge where the diamond block is, both water sources will be soaked up, even though they are not technically connected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Build the setup as shown in the attachment below. setup.png
- Replace the diamond block with a sponge.
- Take note as to whether or not sponges soak up water from all sides of waterlogged blocks.
Observed Behavior
Sponges soak up water from all sides of waterlogged blocks.
Expected Behavior
Sponges would not soak up water from all sides of waterlogged blocks
