No difference in water visibility between some oceans

      The changes in visibility in water introduced in snapshot 18w10a doesn´t apply to all ocean variants; the background/fog color is exactly the same for frozen ocean, cold ocean and normal ocean. I expected to see differences according to the temperature of the water.
