The water flows in both inside and outside the aquarium. I suggest to add a water tag to items as this
water:(1a,1b,etc.), waterfacing:(east,west,north,south)
1a being the source of water 1b being a block of, 1c being 2 blocks off and onward. 2a would be a lava source and so on
