I've been searching around at strongholds and I'm finding they aren't generating at the same place or same way as 1.12.2, They are generated poorly (end portal room floating many meters above ocean floor, disconnected stronghold elements, ...)

These are mostly (all?) ocean biome strongholds.

Ex: Seed "The Park" (x:8270 z:7530)
