I've made a new world in 18w08b and I noticed that there are too many ocean monuments that are less than 1000 blocks away from each other. It's annoying when you're trying to avoid these guardian mobs while swimming or using a boat.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a new world in 18w08b using the seed above
2. Teleport to -12092 62 -624
3. Change the render distance to 32 and take a look at the south and north of the ocean
4. Go exploring the ocean, you'll find even more of the monuments closer to each other.
