1. In menus I need to double-click the buttons to execute an action.
   e.g. Multiplayer button needs a double-click to get into multiplayer menu.

1. Ingame the mouse cursor is not captured. While rotating the mouse cursor is flying over the screen.

Looks like it only happened once at first start. A the second one it didn't appeared
