The Bug: Vines generate underground semi-randomly at Y:64 in jungle biomes.
Steps To Reproduce: (Note that seeds don't work with the new world generator after the rewrite)
1. Locate a jungle. (use the locate command to find a jungle temple)
2. go into spectator mode and look underground and you will find vines everywhere at Y:64.
