Survival
In a save file from version 1.4.7 I had created four different maps of the surrounding area (with centers equidistant from the origin of the first map so as to not create overlap) and placed them in frames on the wall. Now that I have updated to version 1.5 (and now 1.5.1), the maps have become blank and unusable. The area once shown on them has become a tan color the same as the map's borders, and the cursor that shows my location is stuck both in the round shape (as if I had traveled off of the map) and in the bottom right corner of each map.
Taking the maps out of their frames and looking at them in the inventory makes no change, nor does restarting the game. Right clicking the map while it is held is equally ineffective. Switching to the texture pack that was in use when the maps were created does nothing either. However, new maps made after the 1.5 update work just fine, whether in the inventory or in a wall frame.
The pictures attached to this report were taken at the origin point of the center map, so there is no way I could be standing off the bottom right corner of ALL the maps.
