How to reproduce:

• Summon a zombie horse using a spawn egg or /summon zombie horse
• Notice you can only see its shadow. However you can still interact with it (punching, pushing, etc.)
• Pause your game and click save and quit to title
• Open your world again
• Notice that there's a zombie instead of a zombie horse
