Lightning Bolt Not Working

    • 64-bit. Can't find info on Java version (but it's there, as I can open and play minecraft just fine).

      When attempting to summon, Lightning bolts give the error "Unable to summon entity". This didn't happen in 1.12. I had a functional spellbook that summoned lightning (via click commands in a written book), but they don't work anymore. So, I tried to summon them normally; same error, no lightning bolt. Please help!
