I have no clue why this happens, but it happens. Every time I spawn in a skeleton, wither skeleton, illusioner, and stray with the tag of Blue, they are stupid and can't use their bows.

you can clearly see that I put in chat /say hi @e[tag=Blue] and there is a skeleton, illusioner and a wither skeleton. Both wither skeleton and Skeleton are stupid and flail their arms around the place. The illusioner does his ability of multiplying and then not using his bow. No other tags does this. I tested it too!
