this problem happens sometimes and stops after a while but let me explain

ever since I got my computer it keeps getting these problems, (some go away and some stay forever) but for some reason no one else but me never get's these problems because for some reason everyone owns gtx 9999 super computers and never have no problems at all.

Anyway back to the topic at hand, sometimes when I normally play minecraft, it crashes before it gets to the title screen. it goes like this: I opened the launcher, press play, Mojang logo pops up, then it crashes the game. I mostly use optifine so I switch back to vanilla, and the same think happens. I not sure what's happening but the only solution I found is to wait a while, but I don't know what's causing it. have you had this problem before? because it only seems to happen to me. or not because you have gtx 9999 super computers. Please tell me what's causing it
