TNT minecarts do not damage rails when exploding.

      I was playing on creative to test out all the new features of the 1.5 update and started messing around with the TNT carts.
      After building my railway i noticed the TNT carts do not damage the rails.
      I dont know if this is a bug or on purpose to save rails but i think its a problem.
